She successfully led a coalition of parents and professionals lobbying legislators resulting in the passing of a state bill that addresses special education evaluations. Kathleen is passionate about helping parents and other advocates obtain superior programming for children.

Kathleen graduated with honors from Boston College with a dual major in Special/ Elementary Education and received a Master’s degree from San Francisco State University in Educational Administration.
